As an eleven year resident of Converse, I have seen progress in this community and have a strong desire to keep the momentum going to further the development of our community. As a business owner and retired First Sergeant of the US Air Force, utilizing my experiences and commitment to shape Converse is a true source of pleasure.

I have served on several Converse commission and City Council for over 17 years.  As a Converse business owner and founder of Childlife Ministries, I am excited to use my skills to further the economic development efforts and move Converse forward to be a better city for all, including my family, to live.

I grew up in this community and am still very connected through my business.  After being active with St. Monica’s Church for many years, I decided to become more involved in the business growth of Converse.  I’ve seen many positive changes throughout the year and revel at the growth and new opportunities happening – so glad to be a part of it!

As a resident, I have vested interest in seeing the City of Converse prosper.  As a retired SFC in the US Army and a long career at Judson ISD, I feel an obligation to make positive changes for the City in which I work and live.  I plan to live in Converse for many, many years and want to help shape it’s future for me and my family.

Having primarily spent my volunteer efforts supporting my personal convictions through my church and local nonprofits, I felt it was time to begin my civic duty.  As Converse continues to grow and families seek businesses to fulfill their lifestyle needs, I’m dedicated to making these shopping, dining and recreational opportunities available.
